We are under no corporate pressure to sell the product of the day, and we are free to shop the open market to find the best value. We are mortgage bankers not brokers.

What does this mean for you? We process, underwrite and fund all of our loans. We do not shop your package to all of the wholesale lenders, and run only one credit report. We do not make false promises, or use bait and switch tactics to get your business. We have built our business on telling our clients the good or bad news up front. We never add pre-payment penalties and our rates do not change from beginning to end.
